About Eva
I'm Eva Reddy, a psychotherapist and multidisciplinary artist based between the east and west coasts of Ireland.
My work—whether through the medium of glass and illustration or within the quiet space of a therapeutic conversation—is rooted in a deep respect for human connection, emotional truth, and the power of expression. I believe personal growth and creativity are closely intertwined, and much of my personal and professional journey has been about exploring where they meet.
As an artist, I’m best known for my Eidolon Arca series: cast glass foxes that reflect not only my relationship with material and craft, but also themes of memory, transformation, and the often unseen connections between ourselves and the world around us. My studies have taken me across the globe—from Dublin to Helsinki, Washington to Milan—where I’ve learned from incredible artists and expanded my techniques and perspectives. My work has been exhibited internationally and is shaped by both urban and rural influences, exploring how we as humans navigate, connect with, or become disconnected from our environments.
As a psychotherapist, I am a fully accredited member of the Irish Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (IACP), and I run a private practice, Reddy Psychotherapy, in the heart of Limerick City. My approach is integrative, drawing on psychodynamic, Jungian, existentialist, and person-centred perspectives. I believe that no single model suits everyone—each client is unique, and so is our path together.
My own history with creativity informs how I work with people therapeutically. Before training in mental health, I found that traditional conversation often fell short in expressing the complexity of my inner world. Art became my voice. Today, I hold space for others to explore their own forms of expression—verbal or otherwise—in a safe, compassionate environment.
Whether through therapy or art, my aim is to support individuals in finding connection—with themselves, with others, and with the deeper layers of their experience.
