Hi, I’m Eva Reddy.
I’m a psychotherapist and artist based between the east and west coasts of Ireland. My work spans two deeply connected worlds—creative expression and emotional exploration.
In my psychotherapy practice, I offer a space for people to reflect, express, and navigate their experiences with compassion and curiosity. In my art practice, I explore themes of memory, nature, and connection through glass and illustration.
Whether I’m in the therapy room or the studio, my work is about creating space for truth, presence, and connection.
